| 摘 要： | 本利用快速傅立叶变换（FFT）法，对有正支共焦非稳腔的二氧化碳激光器模场进行了计算，给出了在不同谐振腔（放大倍数M=2.5(M=1.45），等效菲涅耳数Neq=1.5(Neq=1.29)下的模分布图，与类似的结果进行了比较，符合的较好，并分析了形成模分布的原因，为更好发挥二氧化碳激光器的性能提供了依据。

| Abstract: | In this paper, fast Fourier transform method(FFT) is used to calculate mode of CO 2 laser with positive-branch confocal unstable resonator. Mode distributions of different resonators are given. A good consistence is proved by a comparison of these results with the similar papers. At the same time, we analyze the reason of mode distributions and provide evidences for making the best of performance of CO 2 laser. |
