| Abstract: | This paper studies the growth characterization of nonlinear optical material 4-amino-4'-nitrodiphenyl sulfide (ANDS) in several kinds of organic solvents, and finds that we can obtain its needle single crystal in the mixture solvent of ethylacetate and n-hexane, the influence of the volume proportion of ethylacetate to n-hexane on the crystal form of ANDS is also studiedc. |
