The Design of CAPP System as Stamping Technology of Car Body External Panel |

| Abstract: | Facing toward an intelligence design of a CAPP system in green manufacturing, the authors discuss the principle of design, platform and means of software development, and composition of CAPP system; and suggest to adopt group technology, decision table, expert system, and generative rule for realizing the design of technical schedule with intelligence. The application of these new technologies to automobile manufacturing enterprise will lighten the work load of process planning , will greatly shorten the period of process planning and will guaranttee the quality of process planning. An ideal effect will thus be obtained. |
