经济全球化下高等师范教育的改革与发展

高等师范教育面临全球化带来的机遇和挑战,其改革与发展的基本走向要以专业化教师教育理念为指导,逐步实现定向与非定向、学术性与师范性的整合;在高层次发展中拓展功能、实现转型;推进教师职前教育与职后教育一体化;达成国际交流合作与本土化、民族化的有机统一。地方高师院校积极推进改革与发展,必须转变办学理念,改革人才培养模式,加快内部改革与建设,建立现代大学制度,突出办学个性特色,并加强与国内外高校的交流与合作,才能适应转型,向地方性、多科性、综合性方向发展。

The Reform and Development of Higher Teacher Education under the Situation of Globalization

As higher teacher education is faced with the opportunities and challenges of economic globalization,its reform and its development aim at the gradual integration of orientation and non-orientation,academy and teaching.They also aimto expand its function on the high development level,realize transition,merge teaching before career and that after work into an organic whole and integrate the international exchange and cooperation with localization and nationalization.
