| Abstract: | Based on the analysis in recent development of access network technology,the characteristics and the process of development in the traffic of rural telephone networks are discussed.A new development strategy and construction procedure for rural telephone networks are proposed in the need of the traffic,which are suitable to the development level of rural economy. |
