| 摘 要： | 介绍了用于车轮轮辋超声波检测用的手动和自动探伤ＴＲ探头的设计和制造工艺，制造出了灵敏度高、盲区小、信噪比高的ＴＲ探头，在现场轮辋探伤中取得了良好的结果．

| Abstract: | The design and manufacturing processes of ultrasonic TR probes for manual and automatic inspection of the wheel rims were introduced. The TR probes are made, which has high sensitivity, small blind zone and high S/N ratio. A good result has been obtained on site testing for the wheel rims. |
