大学体育目标教学模式的实验研究

在“健康第一”和“终身体育”教学指导思想指引下,依据《全国普通高等院校体育课程指导纲要》,围绕着高校体育教学改革这个主题提出了一种适合大学体育特点的新的体育教学模式,即“目标教学模式”．我们对这种模式进行了实验研究,结果显示:优化了教学过程,提高了教学效益,增强了学生学习行为的主动性意识和目标管理意识, 为终身体育奠定了一定的行为基础．
