| 摘 要： | 现代远程教育是一种新教学模式，它对教师的教学理念、教学素养、教学技术及其运用、教学设计等诸多方面提出新的要求。市级电大教师担负着为参加电大现代远程教育的学员进行辅导的重任。新的教学模式下市级电大教师的专业发展势在必行。

| Abstract: | Modem long-distance education is a new teaching model which requires new philosophy, qualities, technology and its application and the design of teaching for the teachers. The professional development of the teachers in municipal radio-television university is imperative under the new models of teaching because they shoulder the guidance for the students who participate in the modem open long-distance education. |
