| Abstract: | The objective of this paper is to show the design of a kind of liquid-cooling system based on thermoelectric cooler （TE）. The design ideas of the low power liquid-cooling system with TE in thermal management is illustrated. Because of its high control precision and reliability, small volume and weight, this liquid-cooling system is worthy of future application and generalization. |
