套筒式内循环电解反应器的研究

摘    要:在小型实验装置上研究了电解NaClO3溶液的套筒式内循环电解反应器的操作性能。结果表明其电解反应速度和电流效率均高于传统的槽式反应器。对实验结果进行分析发现,在由微气泡构成的两相流动系统中,其传递特性与普通的鼓泡系统不同;它不仅受气含率的影响,而且与液体的流速有关。由此引入液相雷诺数ReL来表征流速的影响。关联实验数据,得到平均电解速度N=0.0138ReG^0.50-ReL^0.42,平均电解效

Abstract:In an experimental set-up, an operating performance of internal circulation reactor with sleeved tube used in electrolytic production of sodium perchlorate has been studied. The experimental results show that both of the electrolytic rate and the electric current efficiency in this apparatus are higher than in a traditional electrolytic bath. Analyzing the experimental data, it is found that the transfer character in the electrolyte containing micro-gas bubble has a distinguishing difference from in the conventional gas bubbled two phase flow: in the former system the transfer coefficient between liquid and solid wall is affected not only by gas hold up but obviously, by the liquid velocity. So a liquid Reynolds number has been introduced to present the effect of liquid velocity and following empirical equations have been obtained: N = 0. 013 8 Re0.50G Re0.42L = 0. 613 Re0.40G Re0. 32L
