| 摘 要： | 宪法是我国的根本大法，日新月异的经济社会发展状况，要求我们在保持宪法稳定的基础上，继续在实践中与时俱进，不断完善宪法的有关规定，以便使现行宪法更加适应我国社会主义现代化建设的需要。对我国第4次修宪的原则、主要内容及其重要意义进行了系统的阐述。 |
