C形试样的极限载荷和J积分

摘    要:本文根据塑性力学滑移线场理论求出C形试样的极限载荷P_L,通过试验找到C形试样的无量纲柔度BEC表达式和加力点间弹塑性位移△表达式,并根据J积分与形变功的关系式提出C形试样的J积分公式。

Abstract:The calibrating equation of J-integral of C-shape tensional specimen should be distingushed from that of rectangular tensional specimen on account of their different shapes. Based on the slip line field theory of plastic mechanics, the limiting load of C-shape is deduced.As for the dimensionless compliance and the plastoelastic displacement between loading points, their expressions are determined through appropriate tests. Finally a calibrating J-integral expression is offered to the C-shape specimen according to the relationship between J-integral and deformation work,and as a result it is shown that the J-integral of C-shape specimen lies between that of bending specimen for deep cracks and that of rectangular specimen.
