| 摘 要： | 首先给出了武器装备研制费用和效能的期望值模型。通过Delphifa法确定期望值。提出了费用参数矩阵的概念,根据研制武器系统效能等设计值与期望值绝对差最小原则,建立了基于离散粒子群的费用参数优化模型,并进行了仿真实现。结果表明该方法可行,为武器装备研制的性能参数设计和费用优化提供了一种新方法。

| Abstract: | Firstly the expected value model of the cost and effectiveness of weapon systems is put forward,and the concept of a cost parameter matrix is presented.And then an optimization model of cost parameters based on discrete particle swarm is established.Finally the simulation result shows the feasibility of this method.A new method is provided for the function parameter design and cost optimization of the development of weapon systems. |
