| 摘 要： | 在古希腊罗马时代学者们就提出了分权制衡理论。近代资产阶级启蒙思想家对分权制衡问题进行了全面细致的讨论,提出了一整套实行分权制衡的政治制度设计。分析西方分权制衡理论的源流、变迁,有助于认识、评价主要资本主义国家的政治分权制度。

| Abstract: | Scholars in ancient Greek and Roman times put forward the theory of "Balance of Power", about which capitalist enlightenment thinkers of modern times discuss in great details and put forward an intact plan to put it into effect. The analysis of the origin and changes of the theory of "Balance of Power"helps to recognize the system of political power in main capitalist countries. |
