摘    要:在单温区温度梯度升华法的原有设备基础上加以改进,制备了双温区同加热的温度升华设备,并以8-羟基喹啉铝(Alq)为原料进行了多次提纯,实验结果表明原料的提纯时间大大缩短,对提纯后的8-羟基喹啉铝(Alq)的X射线衍射光谱,紫外-可见吸收光谱,原子力显微光谱进行了详细研究,研究结果表明使用双温区同时加热的温度梯度升华设备多次提纯的Alq的提纯效果显著,其薄膜状态的光学性质及微观表面形貌的形态结构有所改善。

Abstract:A simple train sublimation system combined with two heat areas for purification of organic materials has been completed. The technical details of the system and the aluminum tris quinolate(Alq) refining procedure is described. The result shows that time of Alq refining procedure has been decreased significantly. A study of the characterizations of purified Alq (from one to five times) was carried out by means of X ray difficution, UV vis absorption, and atomic force microscope(AFM).It was found that this system improves the quality of Alq considerably. The optical characterization and morphologies of Alq film is also improved.
