| Abstract: | Summary In order to investigate the potential of the microcarrier homogeneous submerse culture technique for mass production of human diploid cells, 3 types ofmicrocarriers were selected as substrate for the growth of MRC-5 human diploid line; comparative data using different microcarrier and cell concentrations are presented and discussed. |
