复合式油膜阻尼器在机床主轴系统中的应用

摘    要:计算机模拟计算和试验研究表明,机床滚动支承主轴系统采用复合式油膜阻尼器,可显著提高机床的动态性能。深入研究了油膜阻尼对主轴系统的共振频率及振幅的影响。对于共振频率是油膜阻尼的单调增函数,以及油膜阻尼关于轴端振幅存在最优值等特性进行了理论分析,并得出若干重要结论。

Abstract:Analogue computation and experiments show that employing compound oil film damper in antifriction bearing spindle system will raise significantly the dynamic behavior of machine tool.The effect of oil film damping on the resonance frequency and spindle head amplitude of spindle system are thus investigated.Theoretical analyses are made to such important characteristics as that the resonance frequency is a monotonous increasing function of oil film damping and that there is an optimum value of oil film damping in respect to the resonance amplitude of spindle head, etc., with some important conclusions drawn.
