机载变转速泵源建模及鲁棒控制器设计

摘    要:针对当前恒压变量泵源效率较低的问题,采用由永磁同步电机和定量泵组成变转速泵源,在分析飞机液压泵源动态需求基础上,确定泵源系统部件参数并建立了数学模型;通过对比三环﹑双环和单环3种不同控制结构的优缺点,选择压力环和电流环的双环控制结构;考虑变转速泵源是参数时变性的不确定系统,基于参数不确定范围和性能指标要求设计了定量反馈理论(QFT)控制器. 仿真结果表明,压力QFT和电流PI相结合的泵源控制器能有效提高压力控制能力,并具有良好的动态性和鲁棒性.

Abstract:In order to solve the efficiency problem existed in the constant pressure variable displacement pump, a variable-speed pump source consisted of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the fix displacement pump was proposed. Firstly, the unit parameters of the pump source were determined, and a mathematic model was developed based on the analysis to the dynamic requirements of aircraft hydraulic pump. And then, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different control structure with three closed-loops, dual closed-loops and single closed-loop, a dual closed-loops control structure was designed with the pressure closed-loop and the current closed-loop. Finally, considering the parameter time-variety and the system uncertainty of the variable-speed pump source, a quantitative feedback theory(QFT) controller was designed base on the uncertainty rang and the performance indexes. The simulation results shows that the pressure QFT and current PI controller of pump source can enhance the control accuracy of the pressure, being characterized by good dynamic and robustness.
