神经网络多变量监控系统在发酵工业中的应用

摘    要:以发酵工业过程监控为研究对象,根据发酵过程工况参数实时检测困难的特殊性,提出了一种基于神经网络的监控体系框架,对用神经网络组成的静态预报模型和动态监测模型的有机结合应各自组成结构的特点进行了较详细的分析和研究。最后,以酒精发酵过程监控为仿真研究对象,做了仿真实验,仿真结果令人满意。在实践中经过不断完善,完全可以应用于实际生产。

Abstract:n the monitoring of the industrial process of fermentation,difficulties have been encountered in the real time inspection of the process parameters.The framework of a monitoring system based on neural networks is proposed.The structures and characteristics of the static forecast model and dynamic inspection model,both composed of neural networks,are analyzed and studied carefully.Consequently,the process monitoring on the fermentation of alcohol has been simulated and showed satisfactory results.It is thought that by continuous improvement in practice,the system can be applied in the practical production.
