| Abstract: | This paper introduceds application programming method in the commonly used 24CXX serial procedure monolithic integrated circuit EEPROM in the MCS-51 system. it has containes the I2C basic concept, the operating procedure of 24CXX serial procedure monolithic integrated circuit EEPROM, the content concise practical, as the supplement content of application course about monolithic integrated circuit system application.It is certain practical significance for stimulating student's study interest, developing thought, drawing close to the market requirement. |
