基于MR定位技术的客服支撑综合应用系统的开发及应用

摘    要: 随着3G时代的到来,为实现对客户服务的有效支撑,进一步提升用户感知度,云南联通提出了全新MR定位算法,并开发了基于该技术的客服支撑系统,实现了网络投诉问题自动分析和统一解释、用户投诉地点自动定位和投诉问题处理闭环管理,有效地提升了用户感知度,树立了良好的联通品牌形象.

Abstract:With the advent of 3G era,for the realization of effective support for customer service to further enhance the user perception,Yunnan Unicom propozed a new MR positioning algorithm,and based on the algorithm developed the customer service support system.The customer support system not only can automatically analyze the network complaints and make a uniform interpretation of the complaints,but also can automatically locate the user complaint location and made complaints closed-loop processing.Therefore,to effectively enhance the user perception,it established a good brand image of China Unicom.
