| 摘 要： | 面对数字化出版的趋势,建设高校学报数字化学术平台非常必要和重要。分析目前已经建立和在建的高校学报数字化学术平台,他们设立的稿件在线处理系统、在线服务和管理系统、在线办公系统等,确实提高了学报数字化出版的进程。但是在实际运行中,还存在着亟待改进的地方,在内涵和外延方面都需要进一步地加深和拓展。
