利率有效性理论研究及实证分析

建国以来，我国利率政策经历了不同的时期，也进行了不同阶段的调整。对此，已有不少学者对我国利率政策的效果进行了分阶段的具体分析。这里，在对我国利率改革背景阐述的基础上，总结有关学者的利率理论研究成果，并结合我国学者们对利率效果的已有分析，我们针对1996年以来我国存贷款利率市场化的效果进行了实证分析，从而进一步提出了利率市场化的部分改革建议。

Theoretical Research and Real Example Analysis of Interest Rate Validity

Since foundation of the state, the interest rate policy of our country has gone through different periods and carried on the adjustment at different stages too. As to this, many scholars have carried on the concrete analysis stage by stage to the result of the interest rate policy of our country already. In this text, on the basis of explaining the reform background of interest rate of our country, we summarized the theory research results of interest rate, combined the former analyzing and analyzed the real example to the result of the market - based deposit and loan interest rate of our country since 1996, thus put forward some suggestions of the market- based interest rate and reformed the suggestion further.
