连续梁式吊具的吊点设计

摘    要:在吊运细长金属杆件时,须用专门设计的连续梁式吊运装置,以减小其挠度.吊具和吊运对象构成了两根超静定连续梁,每一梁的挠度变化均将影响另一梁的载荷和挠度.本文介绍了连续梁式吊具的吊点设计方法,包括吊点的数量确定和位置优化,使得细长柔性杆件吊运作业时能达到较为苛刻的设计要求.用迭代法求解两根超静定连续梁之间的变形和作用力,以吊运对象全长上的最大挠度差为目标函数,可对吊点位置进行优化,使得吊运对象最大挠度差值被控制在允差范围之内

Abstract:On handling slender metal beams, a specially designed hoisting kit is required to reduce the deflexion due to object handled. The kit and the object are two coupled statically superdeterminate continuous beams. The deflexion change on any of the two beams will cause load change and/or deflexion change on the other. In this paper, a method for designing hanging points of the hoisting kit is introduced, including determination of the number of hanging points and optimization of the their intervals, to meet the handling requirement. Assuming infinitive length of the beam, it is simple to calculate the number of hanging points using averaging method to meet the requirement of deflexion. However, with apparent end effect, the actual system does not show minimised deviation of the object deflexion (MDOD). An algorithm for finding the interactive forces and deflexion of the system is described and a criterion function based on MDOD in full length is established to optimize the niterval between the points to ensure the MDOD within tolerance.
