| 摘 要： | 本文报导以生姜为材料，冷丙酮脱脂脱色后，用０．１ｍｏｌ／ＬＰＨ６的磷酸缓冲液提取、硫酸铝盐析，经ＤＥＡＥ－纤维素ＤＥ－５２和ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ－７５纯化，得生姜蛋白酶两个组份ＺＥ１和ＺＥ２。它们经凝胶等电聚焦电泳，均为单一的蛋白带，ＰＩ值别为７．０和８．０。苯酚－硫酸法鉴定，其均为糖蛋白。β－消去反应表明：ＺＥ１和ＺＥ２中的糖肽键型均为非０－型糖肽键。

| Abstract: | Zingiber offcinai Roscoe defatted with cold acetone was extracted with 0. 1 mol/L phosphatebuffer (PH6. 0). The obtained rough Zingiboin was pun floatal by ammonium sulfate salting-out,DEAE-celluloce DE-52 column chromatopaphy and SephadexG-75 chromatography, and two proteinases, ZE1 and ZE2,were gumed. Isoelectrofocusiflg electrophoreds proved both of them were homogeneous,and revealed the PI Values were 7. 0 and 8. 0 respectively. By means of phenolsulfuric acid methed,both ZE1 and ZE2 were identified to glycoproteins. The glycsidic linkages of ZE1 and ZE2 were shown to be non--o-type ones. |
