摘    要:制备了用于催化燃烧净化含丙烯腈废气的金属氧化物--贵金属、金属氧化物、贵金属三种类型的催化剂。初步评价了其对丙烯腈(ACN)的催化氧化效果,并与现有的国产负载贵金属催化剂进行了比较。实验结果表明,所制备的催化剂具有较好的催化氧化性能。

Abstract:The activity of removing acrylonitrile from the waste gas was investigated on following catalysts : metal oxides-noble metals (Pt), non-noble metal(Mn-Cu) oxides and noble metals (Pt). The fresh and reacted catalysts were characterized by BET and XRD. Those results show that the catalyst with Cu-Mn oxides as active components and ZrO 2 as a promoter has higher oxidative activity. The effects of the reaction temperature and the space velocity on the conversion rate of acrylonitrile was also studied. It shows that the catalyst has good stability, which provids a basis for the further study to use the catalyst of removal of acrylonitrile in the waste gas.
