| 摘 要： | 双语教学评价体系是推动高校双语教学、监控双语教学质量的核心元素，该文分析了构建高校中英双语教学评价体系的原则，阐述了评价体系的设计思路，构建了中英双语教学评价体系的指标框架，并提出在构建指标体系中值得商榷的问题。

| Abstract: | Bilingual teaching evaluating system is the force at the core in propelling bilingual teaching in universities and colleges and monitoring its quality. The paper analyzes the principle of constructing bilingual teaching evaluating system, and expounds the train of thought of its development. More, it also puts forward essential indices of the system and raises some rational thinking being worth further discussing in the process of building the system. |
