| 摘 要： | 药价虚高已经成为我国医药卫生领域最为突出的问题之一。药价虚高主要有两个方面的原因：一是制度缺陷。目前的药品定价机制、药品招投标制度、医疗保障制度和医疗卫生体制等制度存在的缺陷导致药品价格虚高。二是市场规制的不完善。药品市场的产业组织结构缺陷、药品市场上的垄断行为和不正当竞争行为等造成药价虚高。

| Abstract: | The empty high price of medicine has become one of the most protruding problems in the field of medicine and public health in our country.There are two causes for it: one is deficiency of system,the other is imperfection of market rules.At present the deficiency existing in the pricing mechanism of medicine,bidding system of medicine,medical guarantee system and medical and public health system causes the empty high price of medicine.Besides,the deficiency in the industry organization structure of medicine market,monopoly and unjust competition of medicine market cause the empty high price of medicine,too. |
