摘    要:对其他工艺条件不变、不同活化时间浸渍的活性炭纤维(ACF)电镜扫描照片进行了图像处理,并时纤维表面的大孔和中孔采用聚类分析方法进行虚拟表征,获得ACF表面孔洞的2个表征量:目标孔洞个数与各孔洞分布比例,以及表征孔洞簇状团聚的聚类结果,此结果可进一步用于孔洞分布的分形计算.通过这些纤维外观的虚拟表征量,可寻求建立生产工艺、虚拟表征指标与纤维性能三者间的关系,以此预测产品性能,指导实际生产.

Abstract:The SEM photos of activated carbon fibers(ACF) ,which were impregnated in different activating time but the same other technologic conditions,were image-processed.
