低合金抗磨铸钢球磨机衬板的研制

摘    要:本文研制的以Si,Mn,Gr,Mo合金化,含碳0.6~0.65%的铸造抗磨钢,具有优异的淬透性,较高的硬度和一定韧性,是球磨机衬板的良好材质。该材质衬板与高锰钢衬板同机运转表明,其抗磨性相当于高锰钢的1.5~2.57倍。

Abstract:The wear resistant cast steel (C0.6-0.65%) containing Si, Mn, Cr, Mo, which is of higher hardness, toughness and hardenabili-ty, is a better mill liner material in this study. This liner and Mn13 liner have been applied in the same mill. The result indicates that the Wear resistant life of the low alloy cast steel liner is 1.5-2.57 times Longer than that of Mnl3 liner.
