This article points out the main problems which appear in the Extensive Reading of major Russian and offers the basic ideas and concrete plans of the teaching reform.The reforms of teaching books,teaching methods and ways are talked about from the angles of the structure,length,level,style and subject of the information and the relationship between reading ways and skill training.The basic method of training reading ability is time confined reading.
