螺纹钢筋穿水冷却时的对流换热系数模型

摘    要:针对我国近年来引进的棒材连轧生产线普遍采用的环状喷嘴冷却器,经实测得到了螺纹钢筋在穿水冷却过程中的对流换热系数计算模型,并据此对钢筋轧后穿水过程中的温度场变化进行了计算机模拟与预报。经在唐钢棒材厂的试验表明,温度的计算结果与实测符合得较好,从而为钢筋组织性能的控制及高强钢筋的开发提供了强制对流换热系数的实用而可靠的计算方法。

Abstract:For the circle nozzle cooler used widely in rebar and rod continuer rollong in recent years, mathematical models of convection heat transfer coefficient during rebar cooling through the water in the cooler are investigated in this paper.The temperature field simulated and predicted during the rebar cooling after rolling.It is indicated that the calculation results of temperature agreed with measurement value and the model is suitable for the evaluation of the high strength rebar and the controlling of the structure and properties.
