金属锰JMn93A渗氮的实验研究

摘    要:应用真空电阻炉高温渗氮,X射线衍射分析等实验测试方法,研究了粒度,温度,气相组成等因素对金属锰渗氮的影响,工业用气态氮作为渗氮气体的主要气相组成,可同时发生金属锰的氮化和氧化,生成Mn4N和MnO化合物,随渗氮温度的提高,锰氧化物的含量相应增高,渗氮气氛中配加氨气,使氨气的分压相应降低,平衡吸附浓度降低。渗氮试样的含氮量降低。

Abstract:The influence of grain size,atmosphere components and temperature on the nitriding of solid metal manganese is studied by means of vacuum resistance furnace and X-ray diffraction technique.In an atmosphere of industrial nitrogen and ammonia,powdered metal manganese is nitrided and oxidized simultaneously to develop Mn 4N and MnO.The manganese oxide content in the samples increases with the temperature enhancement.The ammonia in the atmosphere can lower the partial the partial pressure and the absorption concentration of nitrogen,as well as the nitrogen content in the samples.
