| 摘 要： | 在分析了目前的拥塞控制算法的基础上，将随机估计学习算法（SELA）和模糊逻辑的知识引入拥塞控制，提出了新的拥塞控制模型，对模型的信元丢失率进行了数学分析，得出了分析结果，利用语言（VB）进行了仿真程序的开发，并利用开发的仿真程序对系统的性能进行了仿真分析。

| Abstract: | Based on analysis of the current congesting algorithm,a new congesting control mechanism is proposed,which employs SELA (stochastic estimator learning algorithm) and fuzzy logic controller.We analyze the cell loss probability of the mechanism.At last we make simulation program with VB.The effectiveness of proposed mechanism is demonstrated by simulation results. |
