健康人体内奈韦拉平国产胶囊剂和片剂的生物等效性研究

目的评价奈韦拉平国产胶囊剂和片剂在健康人体的生物等效性。方法24名健康男性志愿者按照随机顺序接受奈韦拉平国产胶囊剂和片剂0．2g，用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）检测奈韦拉平的血浆浓度。结果奈韦拉平国产胶囊剂和片剂的主要药动学参数：Cmax分别为（1．98±0．48）和（2．02±0．58）mg·L^-1，tmax分别为（3．30±0．45）和（3．30±0．47）h，t1／2分别为（46．40±14．10）和（46．02±11．79）h，AUC0-t分别为（110．28±30．86）和（111．98±29．81）mg·h·L^-1，AUC0-∞分别为（126．92±35．82）和（128．85±33．71）mg·h·L^-1，奈韦拉平国产胶囊剂的相对生物利用度为（98．48±10．51）％和（98．50±11．27）％。结论奈韦拉平国产胶囊剂和片剂具有生物等效性。

Bioequivalence of domestic capsule and tablet of nevirapine in healthy volunteers

Objective：To evaluate the bioequivalence of domestic capsule and tablets of nevirapine in healthy volunteers. Methods： A single oral dose of 0.2 g nevirapine of domestic capsule and tablet were randomly given to 24 healthy volunteers, plasma concentrations of nevirapine were determined by HPLC. Results ： The main pharmacokinetic parameters of capsule and tablets groups were as follow： tmax （3.30±0.45） and （3.30±0.47） h, Cmax（1.98±0.48） and （2.02±0.58） mg·L^-1, t1/2 （46.40±14.10） and （46.02±11.79） h, AUC0-t（110.28±30.86） and （111.98±29.81） mg·h·L^-1, AUC0-∞（126.92±35.82） and （128.8±33.71） mg·h·L^-1. The relative bioavailability of domestic capsule of nevirapine were （98.48±10.51）% and （98.50±11.27）%, respectively. Conclusion： The results demonstrated that two kinds of nevirapine preparations were bioequivalent.
