| 摘 要： | 针对当今新农村住宅建设对地域生活形态的适应性要求以及在节能和环保等方面的现实需要,提出了研究北方严寒地区村镇住宅设计关键技术若干问题的重要意义,并就北方严寒地区典型传统特色的村镇住宅设计模式、新型结构体系及节能设计技术的研究思路、研究内容进行了阐述,以提高北方严寒地区村镇住宅建设水平,加快新农村建设步伐.
