摘    要:在碱性条件下,鲁米诺-过氧化氢-叶绿素铜钠体系的化学发光强度较大,而人血清白蛋白对此体系的化学发光有较强的抑制作用,据此采用流动注射技术,建立了一种简单、快速、可连续测定人血清白蛋白的新方法.在最佳条件下,测定人血清白蛋白的线性范围为:2.5~20mg/L,检出限为0.33mg/L.本方法用于血液样品中人血清白蛋白的测定,回收率在97.2%~102.7%之间,结果满意.

Abstract:A new chemiluminescence reaction system of sodium copper ehlorophyllin, hydrogen peroxide and luminol is studied by using flow injection method. The emission intensity of the reaction system is very large in the alkaline medium, and inhibito,7 effect of human serum albumin (HSA)on the system is very strong. A new method based on the above principle is established for the determination of HSA. Major influence factors on chemiluminescence intensity are studied, and test conditions are optimized. The detection limit of the method is 0. 33 mg/L and the linear range is 2.5 -20 mg/L. The method is simple and sensitive and suitable for determination of HSA in blood samples. The recoveries are in the range of 97.2% -102.7% ,which is satisfactory.
