| 摘 要： | 调查结果显示,公众环保意识淡薄是当前垃圾分类回收实施过程中的主要困难,公众对于垃圾分类回收意义、垃圾分类方法等在认知程度上仍存不足。加强宣传教育力度,健全相关政策制度,完善基础设施建设是保障东莞市顺利推行垃圾分类回收的有效举措。

| Abstract: | The survey results show that the main difficulty in implementing garbage classification is lack of public environ -mental consciousness .In terms of waste recycling significance and garbage classification methods , there is inadequacy of environ-mental cognition in the public .Enhancement of education and publicity , perfection of related policy and system , and completion of infrastructure construction are effective measures to assure the smooth implementation of garbage collection in Dongguan . |
