液液萃取-高效液相色谱法测定水体中的阿特拉津

摘    要:为建立检测水体中阿特拉津的高效液相色谱法,以Kromasil-C18(250 m×4.6 mm×5μm)为色谱柱,以甲醇∶水=7∶3为流动相,流速0.8 mL/min,采用紫外检测器,用外标法测定水体中阿特拉津含量。结果表明,方法线性范围为0.030~1.96μg/ml,相关系数达0.999 4;采样体积为100 mL时,方法的最低检测浓度为0.30μg/L;对不同加标浓度水样的回收率为87.9%~93.0%,相对标准偏差为1.2%~3.4%。该方法适用于水体中痕量和常量阿特拉津的测定。

Abstract:To establish a method of the determination of atrazine in water by liquid-liquid extraction-high performance liquid chromatography, the paper takes Kromasil-C18(250 m ×4.6 mm ×5 μm) as chromatographic column and methanol-water (7 ∶3) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 ml/min, the detection is made on a UV detector at 225 nm.The results indicates that the liner operating range of the method is 0.030~1.96 μg/ml and the related coefficient is 0.999 4 .The detection limit is 0.30 μg/L when sampling volume reaches up to 100 mL.The recovery rate with standard addition is 87.9%to 93.0%, and the relative standard de-viation is 1.2%to 3.4%.This method is applicable to the determination of atrazine in trace and normal levels in water .
