| 摘 要： | 以苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸(AA)为单体,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)和丙烯酸二羟乙酯(HEA)为交联剂合成了苯丙乳液.红外光谱表明所有单体均参与共聚反应,透射电镜表明乳液粒径均匀,粒度分布窄.以苯丙乳液对滤清器滤纸进行了浸渍处理,经过浸渍以后明显提高了滤纸的耐水性、耐破度、挺度等性能.以透射电镜对浸渍后滤纸进行表征,结果表明苯丙乳液包覆在滤纸纤维表面、纤维交织点,改变了滤纸的微观孔洞结构,提高了滤纸的过滤效率.

| Abstract: | The styrene acrylic emulsion was synthesized with styrene,butyl acrylate and acrylic acid as the monomer,N-methyl acrylamide and 2-Hydroxyethyl acrylate as the cross linker.The structure of the particles of the emulsion was characterized by FTIR.The result showed that the reactive emulsifier was copolymerized with the styrene acrylate copolymer.The emulsion exhibited some well proportioned diameter and narrow granularity range characterized by TEM.Then the base paper of the filter paper was impregnated with... |
