偏心曲轴强度计算研究

摘    要:以浮动式剪切机曲轴为例,通过有限元计算和光弹实验值对比,证明用有限单元法来解决此类形状和受力较复杂的偏心曲轴强度问题是比较准确和有效的。

Abstract:As an example,an eccentric crankshaft in servo-shears is analyzed by finite-element-method. The result shows, by comparison with those obtained by photo-elastic technique, that FEM is effective and accurate when used to solve strength problem of such irregular mechanisms as eccentric crankshafts with complicated forces and stresses
