摘    要:对土壤浸提液、蒸馏水、1mol.L-1KCl及含铵溶液等四种溶液不同保存方式下NH4+-N浓度的变化进行了试验。结果表明室温时暴露在空气中的蒸馏水、1mol.L-1KCl及含铵溶液,三天之内NH4+-N均呈现上升趋势,而土壤浸提液在一定浓度范围内NH4+-N也为上升趋势,但当原有NH4+-N达到一定浓度时则表现为下降趋势;将以上四种溶液保存在5℃的冷藏柜中,一个月之内NH4+-N浓度基本稳定。+

Abstract:The authors have performed the study on the NH4^+-N concentration change in different storage mehtods with four solutions of soil extract solution, distilled water, lmol.L^-1 KCI and ammonium solution. The experiment result shows that the NH4^+-N concentration in distilled water, 1mol.L^-l KCl and ammonium solution increases within 3 days when exposed in air.NH4^+-N concentration in soil extract solution also increases within certain concertration, but when NH4^+-N concentration arrives at the limit level, the NH4^+-N concertration has a decreasing trend. If the four solutions is put into icebox with 5℃, the NH4^+-N concentration keeps stable.
