NaCl胁迫对箭叶淫羊藿生理生态特性的影响

摘    要:用含有0,100,200,300和500mmol/LNaCl的Hoagland's培养液处理箭叶淫羊藿幼苗,处理一定时间后对其鲜重、干重、叶表面积等形态参数以及根系活力、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和总抗氧化能力(T—AOC)等生理指标进行了测定,结果表明:NaCl胁迫明显抑制了箭叶淫羊藿地上部分和根系的生长,随着NaCl处理浓度的增加,地上部分茎、叶和地下部分根的鲜重和干重均有比较显著的降低,根系活力下降;同时,箭叶淫羊藿总蛋白质含量也受NaCl胁迫浓度的影响;在低浓度范围内,NaCl对箭叶淫羊藿叶片中CAT活性的影响不大,高浓度时CAT活性受到抑制;但其总抗氧化能力由于NaCl胁迫而明显降低.箭叶淫羊藿的生长受NaCl抑制程度随浓度增加而增大.

Abstract:After being treated with different NaCl concentrations(0,100,200,300,500mmol/L)for 30 days,the growth and physiologyical indexs of ramets of Epimedium sagittatum were measured.The results showed that the growth of the aerial parts and root system were suppressed obviously by NaCl stress.As the concentration of NaCl increased from zero,hundred,two hundred,three hundred to five hundred mmol/L,the fresh weight and dry weight of plantlets dropped obviously,so did the vigor of mot system.At the same time,the pro...
