电液伺服阀测试教学实验台设计

本文首先阐述了电液伺服阀测试系统的原理及结构组成,然后对系统重要组成部分进行了设计选择,对其主要性能指标进行了介绍,其次,通过电液伺服阀测试及控制系统,测试了SFL-14B伺服阀主要性能指标,并由计算机自动绘制输出指标曲线。经过与给定指标对比,证明系统能很好的满足标准规定要求,可以投入到正常教学实验之中使用。

The Design of Teaching Experiment Table of Electrohydraulic Servo Valve

The theory and structure of electrohydranlic servo valve testing system is introduced in the paper, then the important constituent parts are designed and chosen, the main performance index is introduced. The main performance index of SFL-14B servo valve is tested by means of electrohydraulic servo valve testing and control system, the index curve is automatically protracted and exported. The contrast result proves that this system can well satisfy the standard demand and put into teaching and testing.
