| Abstract: | In the light of the problems existing in the reference room of the university's collages (departments), such as the defective management system, low quality of personnel, and the backward managerial means, and in order to give full play to the book and information function of the reference room, this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures from four aspects of renewing the conception, rationalizing the managerial system, improving the quality of personnel, and strengthening the scientific management. |
