| 摘 要： | 社会保障养老金的平衡问题是社会的一个热点问题之一。在部分积累制的基础上,分别对社会统筹账户和个人账户进行研究。以中国目前实际情况为标准,运用生存理论和现金流方法,对已有社会保障模型进行修改,建立一个新的社会保障养老金平衡的精算模型。并在该模型下,对社会保障养老金平衡和基金缺口进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The social security pension balance problem is one of the popular topics. On the basis of part accumulation system , this paper studies overall social planing and individual account, using the standard of China's current actual situation, survival theory and cash flow method , modifies the existing social security model and establishes a new social security pension balance actuarial model. Furthermore, the social security pension balance and fund gap are discussed. |
