竖向剪刀撑在模板支架搭设中的作用

摘    要:人为过失是模板支架发生事故的主要原因。通过计算在三种不同人为过失(扣件扭紧力矩不足、立杆步距过大、立杆没着地)的情况下,模板支架在有无竖向剪刀撑时的极限承载力及内力。计算结果表明,竖向剪刀撑在加强支架整体性方面和抵抗不同人为过失方面发挥着巨大的作用。

Abstract:Human error was the main reason for the falsework accident.Ultimate bearing capacity and internal force of falsework with or without vertical bridging were calculated at three different human error situations(Fastener's tightening torque was too small;Vertical pole's step was too large;Vertical pole did not touch the ground).The results show that vertical bridging has played a huge role in strengthening the fastener's integrity and fighting back different human error.
