| 摘 要： | 全面实施素质教育，是国家为培养适应未来社会发展需要的跨世纪人才而提出的极具远见的战略性决策。在素质教育开展得如火如荼的今天，学校体育如何发挥其作用已成为教育改革的一个重要问题。本文结合理论和现象因素，分析了学校体育与素质教育的联系，以及体育在国民素质建构和个体素质发展中的作用，同时针对体育教学中现存的问题提出了一些看法和建议。

| Abstract: | To carry out Quality-oriented Education completely is a long-sighted strategy put forward by our country to train talents who can suit the development of the future society. Now when Quality-oriented Education develops fierily,how physical education plays a part in the education reform is an important problem. This thesis combine theory and phenomenon to analyze the link between physical education and Quality-oriented Education,and analyze the function of physical education in the people's quality establishment and personal quality development. In the end,the author gives his own ideas and proposals in the light of problems existing in the physical education. |
