燃烧室中煤的挥发份喷射与煤粉颗粒运动和弥散的关系

摘    要:煤粉颗粒中挥发份的析出对煤的燃烧过程有着重要的影响。当煤粉颗粒进入高温的燃烧室时,首先受热析出挥发份,所以,挥发份的析出方式直接影响颗粒的运动和弥散。本文用数值模拟的方法,特别是用我国数学家华罗庚、王元发明的数论网格方法对不同直径的颗粒从不同数量的小孔中喷射出挥发份的情形进行了研究。结果表明,挥发份的喷射直接影响颗粒的运动和弥散,但挥发份的喷射速度分布和它从颗粒表面喷出时的喷射孔的数目对颗粒的运动和弥散无明显的影响。

Abstract:The ejection of the volatile matter of the pulverized coal particle influences the coal combustion process very much.At first the volatile is ejected from a coal particle when the particle comes into a combustion chamber.So the ejection of the volatile influences directly on motion and diffusion of the particle.The ejection of the volatile from the various numbers of the orifices with the different particles has been studied with the numeric method-the number theory mesh method founded by Chinese mathematicians Hua Luogeng and Wang Yuan in this paper.The results given by authors show that motion and diffusion of the particles are influenced by the volatile ejection but the numbers of the orifices at the particle and the ejection velocity distribution.
