| 摘 要： | 本文对以SnO_2为基体材料的选择性CO气敏元件的研制进行了进一步的探讨,通过适当的掺杂和控制工作温度,得到了在低浓度下具有较好的稳定性、选择性和较高的灵敏度的元件,并对测量和应用方法作了一些讨论。

| Abstract: | Selective CO-gas sensors taking SnO_2 as matrix material were investigated. Devices with better stability, selectivity and higher sensitivity at low concentration were fabricated by adding properdopants and controlling working temperature.The testing method and application of devices are discussed. |
